WHAT WE BUILD

From a website to an AI system
under one roof

Most agencies do one of these. Doing all of them means we can tell you which one you actually need — including when the answer is a small automation rather than the big build you came in asking for.

AI AUTOMATION

AI that does the work, not just the talking

Hand the repetitive judgement calls to something that never gets tired

From $3,500

AI & MACHINE LEARNING

AI and machine learning built on your data

Predictions, search, and assistants trained on what your business knows

From $6,000

WEB DEVELOPMENT

Websites and web apps that earn their keep

Fast, findable, and built to be edited without calling us

From $2,500

CUSTOM SOFTWARE

One system built around how you actually work

When no off-the-shelf tool fits, and bending your process to one costs more

From $8,000

AUTOMATION

Connect the tools you already pay for

Enter it once and let it appear everywhere it is needed

From $1,800

UNITY & 3D

Games, simulators, and interactive 3D

Unity work for entertainment, training, and product visualisation

MiLand

Real estate · Pakistan

A real estate marketplace you can search by talking to it

MiLand lets people buy, sell, and rent property across Pakistan, and register as agents. Instead of making buyers fight a wall of filters, it understands what they are actually asking for — typed or spoken — and works on both web and mobile.

Ferrous Logistics

Freight and logistics

One dispatch system replaced four tools and a whiteboard

A regional freight operator was running 400 loads a day across a spreadsheet, two separate tools, and a whiteboard on the wall. We built the one system that now holds every load from booking to invoice.

Halden Health

Healthcare

An internal tool became something 34 clinics pay for monthly

Halden had one big customer using their internal scheduling tool, and eleven other clinics asking to buy it. We turned it into something those clinics could sign up to themselves, with billing and free trials built in.

What hurts most right now?

You do not need to know what the fix is called. Pick the sentence closest to your week and we will show you what usually causes it.

Pick whichever is closest. Nothing is submitted, and there is no wrong answer.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR

Six sentences we hear
almost every week

If one of these is close to something you have said out loud, we have probably fixed it before. Each one opens into what causes it, what we build, and what it costs to leave alone.

Spreadsheet sprawl

Everything important lives in spreadsheets, and nobody fully trusts them

We move the work into one place your team actually uses, with the calculations you already rely on kept intact. The spreadsheet becomes a report you can export, not the machine the business runs on.

0
manual reconciliations left per month
Re-typing the same thing

The same information gets typed in three different places

We connect the systems you keep, so information is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed. Where a tool cannot be connected, we replace the copying with something automatic rather than something faster.

-64%

Numbers that disagree

Every report gives a different number, and meetings turn into arguments about which is right

We agree one definition per number with the people who use it, write those definitions down, and compute them in one place. Reports then read from that, so two reports cannot disagree.

3
enterprise reviews cleared on the documented model
Customers waiting

Customers wait days for something that should take minutes

We map where the time actually goes, then remove the waiting: automatic handoffs, approvals that reach the right person immediately, and status the customer can see without phoning to ask.

3.1x
throughput per person per day
Breaks when busy

What worked at ten orders a day falls over at a hundred

We find the part that actually gives way under load, fix that first, and put monitoring in place so the next limit is visible weeks before it is a crisis rather than on the day.

3.1x
throughput per person once the system stopped being the limit
Too many tools

We pay for six tools, use a third of each, and they still do not fit how we work

We start with an honest audit: what to keep, what to connect, what to retire, and what is genuinely worth building. Often the answer is fewer tools connected properly rather than something new.

THE PART NOBODY BUDGETS FOR

Doing nothing is not free
it is just invisible

These costs rarely appear on a report, because nobody invoices you for them. They show up as overtime, as churn, as the growth you decided not to chase.

Everything important lives in spreadsheets, and nobody fully trusts them

  • One person becomes the only one who understands the file — and they take holidays
  • Two people edit two copies, and the business now has two versions of the truth
  • Every month-end turns into a manual reconciliation instead of a report

The same information gets typed in three different places

  • Hours a week of skilled people doing keyboard work
  • Typos that only surface when a customer complains or an invoice is wrong
  • Nobody can say which system is right when two disagree

Every report gives a different number, and meetings turn into arguments about which is right

  • Decisions get delayed while somebody re-checks the figures
  • Two departments plan against two different realities
  • Trust in reporting erodes, so people go back to their own private spreadsheets

Customers wait days for something that should take minutes

  • Deals lost to whoever answered first
  • Staff time spent chasing internal approvals instead of selling or serving
  • Reputation damage that never shows up on a report

What worked at ten orders a day falls over at a hundred

  • Growth capped by the system rather than by demand
  • The busiest days — the profitable ones — are the days things break
  • Firefighting replaces improvement, permanently

We pay for six tools, use a third of each, and they still do not fit how we work

  • Subscriptions for capability nobody uses
  • Work bent to fit the software instead of the other way round
  • New staff needing weeks to learn where things live
HOW IT GOES

Five steps, and you can
stop after one

Every step produces something you keep, in language you can read. The first one is free, and plenty of people stop there with a diagnosis and build it themselves — that is a fine outcome.

Start with step one
  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

    40 minutes, free

Describe it however you would to a colleague — a website, an app, something automated, or just a problem you cannot name yet. We ask blunt questions about volumes and exceptions. You leave knowing whether we are the right people, and if we are not, we say so and point you elsewhere.

    • Written summary
    • Price range
    • Straight yes or no
  2. 02

    We scope it properly

A few days to two weeks

For a small piece of work this is a short call and a written scope, included free. For anything larger we sit with the people doing the work and follow it end to end, exceptions included — that step is paid, and it comes off the build price. Either way you get a fixed number before anything is built.

    • Written scope
    • Fixed price
    • Timeline with a real date
  3. 03

We build the smallest thing that fixes it

    2–16 weeks, by size

Hardest cases first, because the easy path is the part that always works in a demo. You see something working every week on a real link you can click — not a slide deck. If the scope needs to change, it gets priced and written down before we do it.

    • A working version every week
    • Plain-English change log
    • Fixed price held
  4. 04

    We put it live carefully

    1–2 weeks

Where something already exists, we run old and new side by side and move over gradually, so there is no weekend where the business holds its breath. Monitoring goes in so a problem reaches us before it reaches your customers.

    • Gradual switch-over
    • Alerts to a human
    • A way back if needed
  5. 05

    We hand it over properly

    2 weeks, included

Your team works on real changes with us alongside them, plus recorded walkthroughs of every part. The measure of success is your people shipping a change without us on the call. You own the code and the accounts from day one, so you are never locked in.

    • Recorded walkthroughs
    • Ownership checklist
    • 30 days of fixes

IN THEIR WORDS

Illustrative quotes from the example projects below — not real clients yet.

The first week they told us two things we had asked four vendors about and never got a straight answer on. That set the tone for the whole build.

Dana Whitfield · Head of Operations, Ferrous Logistics

They made us decide the boring things first — tenancy, billing, metering. I resented it for about three weeks and have been grateful ever since.

Marcus Oyelaran · CTO, Halden Health

Eleven months, no cutover weekend, no feature freeze. The previous attempt at this burned a year and got abandoned.

Priya Raghunathan · Director of Engineering, Orient Bank

FAIR QUESTIONS

The things people are too
polite to ask

I am not technical. Will I be able to follow what you are doing?

Yes, and that is on us rather than on you. Weekly updates are in plain English against something you can click and try. If you ever get an update you cannot follow, tell us and we will rewrite it — a client who cannot follow the work cannot make good decisions about it.

I know something is wrong but I cannot say exactly what. Is that a problem?

That is the normal starting point, and finding out is a specific piece of work we do. Two weeks following how the work actually happens usually shows the real constraint, which is very often not the thing everyone blames.

If we stop working together, do I keep everything?

Yes. The code lives in your account under your name from the first day, on your cloud and your domain. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing of ours to remove. You can hire anyone else to continue, and we will help them pick it up.

Could an off-the-shelf product do this more cheaply?

Sometimes, and when it can we will tell you which one and how to set it up — even though we make nothing from that. Custom work is worth it when your process is genuinely a competitive advantage, or when the tools that exist would force you to work in a way that costs you more than the software saves.

How can you give a fixed price for something bespoke?

For a small, well-defined job we can quote on the first call. For anything larger we scope it first — a written document describing exactly what gets built — and the fixed price is quoted against that, not against a conversation. That is why it does not move later unless you change what you asked for.

How long will this take?

A small piece of work — a site, one automation, one integration — is usually two to four weeks. A full system or app is more often six to sixteen. You get a real date rather than a range once the scope is written.

Describe the problem in your
own words

No technical vocabulary needed. Forty minutes on a call and you will get a written summary of what we think is actually wrong, a rough range, and a straight answer on whether we are the right people. That part is free.
