You will know the price before
we start
Hourly billing pays us for taking longer, so we do not do it. Every price here is fixed and agreed before work starts, and the smallest tier exists so you can try us on something real without a big commitment.
Start small
One clear job: a site, an integration, one automation
$1,800
From. Fixed price, agreed before we start. Usually 2–4 weeks.
- One well-defined thing, done properly and handed over
- Fixed price — you know the number before anything begins
- Everything yours: code, accounts, domain
Build it properly
A full system, product, or app — designed, built, and handed over
$8,000
From. Fixed price quoted against a written scope, never hourly. Split across milestones.
- Discovery, build, launch, and handover in one price
- Something working to click on every week
- Gradual switch-over, no risky cutover weekend
Keep improving
Ongoing capacity, month to month
$1,500 / month
From, per month. Scales with days. Pause any time with 30 days notice.
- A set number of engineering days each month, your priorities
- The same engineers, so nobody re-learns your business
- A written health check every quarter

What is not included, and
how we quote
Not included
- Third-party licences and cloud spend — billed to your accounts, never marked up through us.
- Paid acquisition, content writing, and brand design.
- Formal 24/7 on-call SLAs. Available separately, and most teams do not need one.
How we quote
- Free scoping call gives you a range, not a number.
- Paid two-week discovery produces the scope document.
- Fixed price is quoted against that document, not against a conversation.
When we say no
- If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, we will tell you which one.
- If the timeline requires cutting the things that make software safe to change, we decline.
- If we cannot staff it with seniors, we say so rather than backfilling.
Money questions, answered
up front
If we stop working together, do I keep everything?
Yes. The code lives in your account under your name from the first day, on your cloud and your domain. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing of ours to remove. You can hire anyone else to continue, and we will help them pick it up.
Could an off-the-shelf product do this more cheaply?
Sometimes, and when it can we will tell you which one and how to set it up — even though we make nothing from that. Custom work is worth it when your process is genuinely a competitive advantage, or when the tools that exist would force you to work in a way that costs you more than the software saves.
How can you give a fixed price for something bespoke?
For a small, well-defined job we can quote on the first call. For anything larger we scope it first — a written document describing exactly what gets built — and the fixed price is quoted against that, not against a conversation. That is why it does not move later unless you change what you asked for.
What if I change my mind halfway through?
That is expected and fine. Small changes usually absorb into the existing scope. Anything larger gets priced and written down before we start it, so you decide with the cost in front of you. What we do not do is quietly absorb changes until the deadline slips.
What is not included in the price?
Cloud hosting and any third-party licences go on your own accounts at cost — we do not mark them up or resell them. Marketing, content writing, and formal 24/7 support contracts are separate, and we will tell you honestly which of those you actually need.
How does payment work?
Small projects are split in two: half to start, half on delivery. Larger builds are split across milestones tied to working software you can try, not to calendar dates. Monthly arrangements are billed in advance and can be paused with thirty days notice.
Describe the problem in your
own words
No technical vocabulary needed. Forty minutes on a call and you will get a written summary of what we think is actually wrong, a rough range, and a straight answer on whether we are the right people. That part is free.
