Describe it however you
would say it

No jargon needed and nothing to prepare. Forty minutes, free, and you leave with a written summary either way — including if the honest answer is that you do not need us.

A couple of sentences is plenty. What happens, who it affects, and what you have already tried.

We reply to everything. No sequences, no newsletter, no sales cadence.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Answers that save
a round trip

I am not technical. Will I be able to follow what you are doing?

Yes, and that is on us rather than on you. Weekly updates are in plain English against something you can click and try. If you ever get an update you cannot follow, tell us and we will rewrite it — a client who cannot follow the work cannot make good decisions about it.

I know something is wrong but I cannot say exactly what. Is that a problem?

That is the normal starting point, and finding out is a specific piece of work we do. Two weeks following how the work actually happens usually shows the real constraint, which is very often not the thing everyone blames.

If we stop working together, do I keep everything?

Yes. The code lives in your account under your name from the first day, on your cloud and your domain. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing of ours to remove. You can hire anyone else to continue, and we will help them pick it up.

How does payment work?

Small projects are split in two: half to start, half on delivery. Larger builds are split across milestones tied to working software you can try, not to calendar dates. Monthly arrangements are billed in advance and can be paused with thirty days notice.

How quickly will someone reply to me?

Within one business day, usually the same day, from a person rather than an autoresponder. If we are not the right fit we will say so in that first reply instead of booking a call to say it slowly.

Can we sign an NDA before I explain the problem?

Of course. Send yours or ask for ours. In practice the first conversation rarely needs anything confidential — describing the symptom is usually enough for us both to tell whether it is worth continuing.
