A real estate marketplace you can search by talking to it
MiLand lets people buy, sell, and rent property across Pakistan, and register as agents. Instead of making buyers fight a wall of filters, it understands what they are actually asking for — typed or spoken — and works on both web and mobile.

What was wrong
Property portals are almost all built the same way: a long form of filters, then a page of results that mostly do not fit. Buyers know what they want in a sentence — 'three bedrooms near a good school, under this budget' — and the software makes them translate that into checkboxes.
Sellers and agents have the mirror problem. A listing goes up and then sits there, and the work of pushing it in front of anyone happens manually, one social platform at a time.
What we did
We built search around how people actually ask. You can type a plain sentence or press the microphone and say it out loud, and the platform interprets the intent rather than pattern-matching keywords — which matters in a market where the same area is written five different ways.
For the supply side, listings connect out to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp, so putting a property in front of an audience is part of listing it rather than a separate afternoon of work.
How it works underneath
Natural-language and voice queries are interpreted into structured search over the listing index, with recommendations personalised to what a given user has been looking at.
One product surface serves both web and mobile, so a listing, a saved search, and an enquiry behave identically wherever they were created — and there is no second codebase drifting out of sync.
What changed
Buyers describe what they want instead of assembling it from filters, and get recommendations that reflect their actual browsing rather than a generic popularity ranking.
Agents can register, list, and distribute inside one platform instead of stitching together a portal, a phone, and five social accounts.
